Super SAV ! Merci pour votre aide. Je viens de recevoir la piece demandee (gratuitement) apres avoir rapporte une usure du bouchon en silicone. Apres plusieurs annees d utilisation (minimum 3 cafes par jour), le bouchon etait devenu tout mou et faisait fuir ma machine Dolce Gusto. Tout est rentre dans l ordre.

I love those capsules. I can put my favorite coffee in it, and the amount I desire. I don't feel guilty about buying capsules with packaging anymore. I bough six of them and the whole family uses them.

I was slow to buy one because I thought they were costly enough and with both very good and some very poor review scores I wasn't sure it would be worth the risk. But... It was. I had to experiment a little but learned 2 things from reviews and from some trial runs. You need a fine grind coffee - I get a grind for a moka pot. Also you need to get the right quantity of coffee so the water can pass through but coffee will be strong enough. I like 2 pods per cup so I have just gone back to buy 3 more pods so I can use them at work and at home and not have to refill when hot. So I guess I am speaking with my wallet. Happy to buy 3 more based on using the product. No more capsule waste and I spend my money now on buying the best quality locally roasted and ground coffees. A real treat! Great product.

The idea of reusable capsules is very good. We found difficulties in finding a suitable coffee blend (especially in terms of grinding). It would be useful to have a guide from you.

I'm loving my evergreen reusable capsules - not only do they help me to reduce waste, but it also allows to me to use fresh, locally roasted organic coffee.

Great idea to re-use a capsule, and the quality of these metal pods is excellent; the classic Nespresso kit comes with a scoop and a brush to aid filling and cleaning, you can add a tamper which will be a useful aid but not compulsory and is cheaper if purchsed as a package. With a little practice this is easy to use and you'll soon be saving money and experimenting with different flavours - do read the helpful Tips section on the best coffee granularity to use and how to fill for best results. I'll probably be adding one or two more capsules to make it quicker to serve guests - you get discounts for multiple orders. A good way to free yourself from having to order from the 'Club' !
